Charles Edward Bray stationed at 312th Station Hospital, Stone - any information please?

I am writing in the hope to find out any further information about my Grandfather Charles Edward Bray. I appreciate that there are lots of people in the same situation as me all after information about their loved ones. I would be most grateful and appreciate any help that anyone can offer me.

My Grandfather Charles Edward Bray was born on 2nd May 1907 in Abingdon, Bristol, Virginia, USA.

He joined the US Army in 1942 and at some point he came to be stationed at the 312th Station Hospital, Stone (Shrugborough Station Hospital) where he was a cook and baker.

It is this period in his life where i would like to find out more information about him, if anyone knows of anything then as I have mentioned before then I would be most grateful.
