Locate a soldier's burial site

Hi, my mother will be traveling to France/Normandy and would like to find the burial site of her brother that was killed on Normandy Beach. I don't have dates but can possibly get those. This is all the info I have:

S/Sgt Milton Elkind
COL 329th Inf.
was APO 83 (not sure what this means)
Serial# 31224013
